  مرحباً بكم في نيلة كوتور. من خلال إتمام عملية الشراء عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

  1. المتجر الإلكتروني

  تعمل نيلة كوتور حصرياً عبر الإنترنت، ولا توفر خدمة تجربة أو قياس الفساتين قبل الشراء.

  2. اختيار المقاس

  • يتحمل العميل مسؤولية اختيار المقاس المناسب قبل إتمام الطلب.
  • نوصي بالاطلاع على دليل المقاسات بعناية قبل الشراء.
  • يسعد فريقنا بمساعدتكم في اختيار المقاس المناسب، إلا أن القرار النهائي يبقى مسؤولية العميل.

  3. سياسة الاستبدال (داخل دولة قطر فقط)

  • لا نوفر خدمة استرجاع أو استرداد المبالغ المالية تحت أي ظرف.
  •  خدمة الاستبدال متاحة فقط للعملاء داخل دولة قطر.
  • يجب ان يكون طلب الاستبدال عند استلام الطلب بحضور المندوب (يتم تجربة الفستان خلال فترة انتظار المندوب).
  •  يخضع الاستبدال لتوفر المنتج وموافقة فريق العمل.
  • لن يتم قبول أي طلب استبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب .
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بالاستبدال، والتي تتراوح بين 50 و80 ريالاً قطرياً حسب المنطقة داخل دولة قطر.

  4. التعديلات (داخل دولة قطر فقط)

  •  يجب تقديم طلب التعديل عند استلام الطلب بحضور المندوب (يتم تجربة الفستان خلال فترة انتظار المندوب)
  •  لن يتم قبول أي طلب تعديل بعد مغادرة المندوب.
  •  يحق للعميل طلب تعديل واحد فقط لكل فستان، سواء شمل الطلب تعديلاً واحداً أو عدة تعديلات يتم تقديمها في نفس الوقت.
  • لن يتم قبول أي طلبات تعديل إضافية بعد تنفيذ التعديل الأول.
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بخدمة التعديل، والتي تتراوح بين 50 و80 ريالاً قطرياً حسب المنطقة داخل دولة قطر.
  •  تخضع جميع طلبات التعديل للتقييم والموافقة من قبل فريق العمل

  5. الطلبات الدولية

  •  جميع الطلبات الدولية تعتبر نهائية بعد الشراء.
  •  لا تتوفر خدمات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أو التعديل للطلبات الدولية.
  •  يتحمل العميل بالكامل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد أو أي رسوم أخرى تفرضها الدولة المستقبلة للشحنة.

  6. الفساتين المصممة حسب الطلب (Custom Made)

  • الفساتين المصممة حسب الطلب أو المعدلة وفقاً لمقاسات العميل أو طلباته الخاصة تعتبر منتجات مخصصة.
  •  نظراً لأن هذه المنتجات يتم تصنيعها خصيصاً بناءً على المقاسات والمتطلبات التي يقدمها العميل، فلا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو استبداله أو استرجاعه أو استرداد قيمته بعد تأكيده.
  • لا يحق للعميل المطالبة بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ لأي سبب يتعلق بالمقاس أو التصميم أو التفضيلات الشخصية بعد بدء تنفيذ الطلب.
  •  يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة جميع المقاسات والمعلومات المقدمة عند الطلب.

  7. مظهر المنتجات

  نسعى لعرض منتجاتنا بأعلى درجة من الدقة. ومع ذلك، قد تظهر فروقات طفيفة في الألوان أو الأقمشة أو التفاصيل والزخارف نتيجة التصوير أو إعدادات الشاشات أو طبيعة العمل اليدوي في الأزياء الراقية.

  8. الأسعار

  نلتزم بتقديم فساتين كوتور عالية الجودة بأسعار عادلة ومنافسة. وتحتفظ نيلة كوتور بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

  9. الشحن والتوصيل

  مواعيد التوصيل المذكورة تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. لا تتحمل نيلة كوتور مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الإجراءات الجمركية أو الظروف الطارئة.

  10. حدود المسؤولية

  لا تتحمل نيلة كوتور أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا.

  11. الموافقة على الشروط

  بإتمام عملية الشراء من نيلة كوتور، يقر العميل بأنه قد قرأ هذه الشروط والأحكام وفهمها ووافق عليها بالكامل.

  Terms & Conditions

  Welcome to Nila Couture. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Online Store

  Nila Couture operates exclusively online and does not provide in-person fitting or measurement services prior to purchase.

  2. Size Selection

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing our detailed Size Guide before making a purchase.
  • Our team is happy to assist with sizing inquiries; however, the final size selection remains the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Exchange Policy (Qatar Orders Only)

  • We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
  • Exchange services are available only for customers within the State of Qatar.
  • Exchange requests must be made at the time of delivery while the courier is present (the dress should be tried on during the courier’s waiting period).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by our team.
  • No exchange requests will be accepted after the courier has left.
  • Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping and delivery charges, ranging from QAR 50 to QAR 80, depending on the delivery zone within Qatar.

  4. Alterations (Qatar Orders Only)

  • Alteration requests must be made at the time of delivery while the courier is present (the dress should be tried on during the courier’s waiting period).
  • No alteration requests will be accepted after the courier has left.
  • Customers are entitled to one alteration request per dress only, whether the request includes one or multiple alterations submitted at the same time.
  • No additional alteration requests will be accepted once the initial alteration has been completed.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery charges related to alteration services, ranging from QAR 50 to QAR 80, depending on the delivery zone within Qatar.
  • All alteration requests are subject to assessment and approval by our team.

  5. International Orders

  • All international sales are final.
  • No exchanges, returns, refunds, or alteration services are available for international orders.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  6. Custom-Made Dresses

  • Dresses made according to the customer’s measurements, specifications, or special requests are considered custom-made products.
  • As these garments are specially produced for each customer, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for reasons related to sizing, design preferences, or personal expectations once production has commenced.
  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements and all order details.

  7. Product Appearance

  We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, embellishments, or detailing may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of couture garments.

  8. Pricing

  We are committed to offering premium-quality couture dresses at competitive prices. All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

  9. Shipping & Delivery

  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Nila Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

  10. Limitation of Liability

  Nila Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. 11. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order with Nila Couture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
